Erin Spiess Chang

 

Erin Spiess Chang represents real estate clients in a broad range of real estate transactions.

 

Erin approaches each project from the client’s perspective, both in structuring the transaction and in executing the client’s acquisition/development/financing/marketing plan. She helps clients from the early stages of a project, including acquisition, town approvals and subsidy, through financing and development. She negotiates purchase and development agreements, assists with due diligence and financing, and helps structure, negotiate and draft Purchase and Sale Agreements. 

 

Erin is also an active community member, serving as a Board Member of the Junior League of Greenwich with over 15 years of experience, Board Member of Arch Street Teen Center with five years experience, former PTA President of a local elementary school, spokesperson for elementary school parents to the Board of Education, manager of a travel hockey program, Class Representative at Greenwich Academy and PTA Volunteer at Brunswick School as well as a community leader in Watch Hill, RI.
